Where do my items ship from?

To offer a diverse collection of premium clothing, jewelry, and home decor, we partner with several fulfillment networks that utilizes distribution hubs based in both the United States and international overseas facilities.

Will my items arrive in one package?

Because our inventory is distributed across multiple specialized warehouses, items ordered together may occasionally be fulfilled separately. If your order is split, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost to you.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing takes 2 to 3 business days before shipment. Once dispatched, estimated standard delivery times are:

  • United States: 3 to 10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Western Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • Sweden & Scandinavia: 7 to 15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8 to 18 business days

How can I track my package?

The moment your package leaves a fulfillment center, an automated email will be sent to you containing a live tracking link. You can track your journey directly through that link or by logging into your account on our website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the first scans.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@miladysliving.com. We can update addresses within a short window after purchase. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot alter the delivery destination.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your package is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygienic reasons, pierced jewelry and earrings cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Please email our support team at support@miladysliving.com with your order number. We will provide you with the correct localized return shipping address and instructions. Please do not mail packages back to the address printed on your shipping label without contacting us first.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If something is broken, defective, or incorrect, send an email to support@miladysliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
