Order Fulfillment & Processing
All orders are compiled and processed through our fulfillment network within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 9:00 AM CST on Saturdays or anytime on Sundays will begin processing the following Monday morning. During major seasonal holiday periods, processing windows may shift slightly due to increased logistics volume. You will receive an automated shipping notification with your tracking links the moment your parcel leaves our fulfillment centers.
Split Deliveries & Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment
To offer an extensive, trend-driven collection, our items are distributed across multiple premium warehouse hubs located within the United States and international overseas facilities. Because of this setup, items ordered together may occasionally fulfill from different locations and arrive in separate, specialized packages. If your order is split, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each individual package at no extra cost to you.

For United States Destinations: Items dispatched from domestic US facilities typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Items originating from our overseas distribution hubs require roughly 5 to 10 business days for standard delivery.
For United Kingdom & Western European Destinations: Orders are routed via premium international lines and typically reach their destination within 7 to 14 business days.
For Sweden & Scandinavian Destinations: Due to regional postal routing, packages entering Sweden and broader Scandinavia generally arrive within 7 to 16 business days.
For Australian & New Zealand Destinations: Oceanic deliveries travel across standard international air networks and average 8 to 18 business days for complete transit.
Tracking & Delivery Transparency
Every package dispatched from our network is fully insured and tracked from the origin warehouse directly to your delivery address. Your tracking dashboard link will typically activate and update with its first carrier scans within 24 to 48 hours after fulfillment. You can monitor your delivery journey directly through your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account portal on our website.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Custom Fees
For deliveries inside the United States and the European Union, applicable checkout fees are structured to respect standard domestic cross-border shipping agreements to ensure seamless arrival. For destinations outside these primary regions, any local import duties, regional tariffs, or custom clearance fees levied by your home country at the border are the structural responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your package encounters unexpected customs delays or has not arrived within 5 business days past the maximum window estimated for your country, please alert our customer team right away. We will open an immediate search protocol with the carrier network. If a package is formally declared lost or unrecoverable by the postal system, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full financial refund instantly.
